The Cerefy Electronic Brain Atlas Library is a software package composed of digitized, processed, enhanced, and extended 2D Thieme brain
atlases. The software contains the 2D brain atlas database and a browser. The Cerefy Electronic Brain Atlas Library browser allows viewing
and use of the Library's brain atlas database and facilitates the building of a user's own atlas-assisted applications. It allows the user
to select an atlas volume, display atlas images, get labels of structures, display atlas images and their locations in 3D space, display
stereotactic grids, get stereotactic coordinates, and search for structures. These features also make Library useful as a stand-alone atlas
reference. The brain atlas database contains the Schaltenbrand-Wahren atlas and the Talairach-Tournoux 1988 atlas.
