Cerefy is the result of collaboration between Thieme, a leading medical publisher,
and Biomedical Imaging Lab, a Singapore-based research centre funded by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Our
goal is to provide atlas and model-based solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of human brain and central nervous system disorders,
for human brain research, and for medical education. Cerefy enhances and creates human brain atlases and develops atlas-assisted
applications. We have already developed products used in:
- Atlas-assisted stroke image processing
- Planning and performing stereotactic and functional neurosurgery for treatment of Parkinson's Disease and other related surgeries.
- Identifying brain structures in diagnostic neuroradiology.
- Medical training and education.
- Medical imaging research.
